  • Reunited and it feels so good. We laughed so much that I got the hiccups, ate so much that my tummy hurt. One year since we got back from post, and the best thing about returning to Australia is hanging out with the people that make it home.

  • Feeling so very lucky to have been gifted this beautiful peachy pink Sri Lankan sapphire from the @saliesjewellery family. They are exceptional jewellers and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to everyone going to Colombo. 
The photo doesn't do this handcrafted piece of jewelry justice. It is stunning, both in colour, clarity and craft. A lovely reminder of my time in Sri Lanka.
