Hi, I’m Tash

My life revolves around deciding what my next meal will be and there's nothing I love more than sharing my recipes. I hate wasting time on bad food, so I review restaurants for Good Food Australia and I love cooking food, so it stands to reason that I was a contestant on MasterChef. • Which little girl hasn't dreamt of being Belle in her library, with the ladder and all the books? Now that I'm all grown up, this wine cellar at @wynobarandshop is pretty much my dream come true. 📸: @saskiablueberry
  • Friday night dinner at one of the most underrated restaurants in town.
  • Feeling so very lucky to have been gifted this beautiful peachy pink Sri Lankan sapphire from the @saliesjewellery family. They are exceptional jewellers and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to everyone going to Colombo.
The photo doesn't do this handcrafted piece of jewelry justice. It is stunning, both in colour, clarity and craft. A lovely reminder of my time in Sri Lanka.
  • Looks like Christmas pudding... but really, it's ice cream cake. Part ice cream, part cake, part gingerbread with a healthy dose of chocolate to tie it all together – this Christmas dessert is more than the sum of its parts.
Make your own ice cream, or buy ready made gingerbread ice cream for a fast, foolproof Xmas dessert! Link in bio. .

  • I think it's fair to say that @eateightysix used to be the bad boy of Braddon. You know the type - tattooed, leather jacket-wearing, punk rocker that you would never take home to your mum. You're not entirely sure if you like him, but you always have fun when you hang out together.
Check out my full review of Braddon's original hipster restaurant in the @canberratimes or @sydneymorningherald
